Introduction

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GT Scientific.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms may not be assigned without our consent.

Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2024

At GT Scientific, we are committed to delivering high-quality life science products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Products must be stored and handled according to manufacturer guidelines.
Custom-made, temperature-sensitive, or perishable items (such as FBS, media, or certain reagents) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Service Team at sales@gt-scientific.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered:

Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
Include photos of the product and packaging if possible.
We will offer a replacement, credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective product returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
We will notify you when your refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item following the policy above.
